The various features offered are awesome for those of us that have trouble "turning off" our minds at night and getting sleep. The various guided meditations, sounds, and tones/beats are a great way to ease one into a fantastic nights sleep. In addition, the progressive wake up sequences offered are a terrific way to wake up and start the day!

Are you still wake up at 7:30 or 740 and my school starts at eight and this app with its calm music in relaxation stuff and it helped me wake up at 6:30 so its really beneficial for people who cant wake up early.
