Wakes me up when I tell it to

Use it to wake up and at times to fall asleep. I like that you can set your own sounds and isotonic waves.

I have very odd sleep cycles, and this app has been the only one so far to work for me. Most of the traditional alarms have a super annoying noise to make sure you wake up. This app allows you to pick out the sounds you want to wake up to, so you feel more refreshed in the morning. My thanks to everyone who worked to make this app! You make our days better everyday!

Use it often when traveling.

Puts me to sleep fast.

I love waking up to these sounds. It has made my mornings so much better. I love all of the options too.

It keeps asking to turn on Bluetooth! To connect to accessories. I DO NOT WANT TO CONNECT! Every 30 seconds. Cannot turn that off.

I have found that I sleep better with this app.

So far best sleep and wake clock Ive found. But Im still working on finding the best way to utilize it for me...with that said expect to modify your sleep program for quite awhile unless of course if right away you find settings that work best for you...

Great way to relax into sleep and wake peacefully

I have only been using this app for a week. I wanted a softer alarm than Apple had. Twice is has not woke me. Once because it was not running in the background and another time I assume because the app wanted me to rate it. Besides unreliable, I like how it gently wakes me.

So nice to be gently eased awake instead of startled.
